Updating your account

Visit the My Account page to:

  • Update personal information
  • Manage shipping, billing, credit card and flexible spending (FSA) account information
  • Change your password
  • Change your email status
  • Add prescription management
  • Link your ExtraCare® card
  • Connect to Microsoft Health Vault

Forgotten passwords

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address and security question.

Please note: Passwords are case sensitive. They must be at least 7 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number. They cannot include your User ID or the word “password”. Only these special characters can be used: !@#$%^&*()

If you've forgotten the email address you used to set up the account, please call Customer Care Account Services at 1-888-287-5644.
