About this service

If you have a history of anaphylaxis and a prior prescription for an epinephrine auto injector, we can provide a refill to ensure you’re prepared and protected.

What to know before your visit

Documentation of a prior prescription for an epinephrine auto injector is required.

Patients must have a history of anaphylaxis.

Patients must weigh at least 33 pounds.

Patients with the following may be directed to another health care provider:

  • History of cardiovascular disease

What to expect at your visit

  1. Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.* No appointment necessary.
  2. Your practitioner will review your medical history and documentation.
  3. Your practitioner will provide the prescription refill and answer any questions you may have.
  4. At the end of your visit, your practitioner will provide you with a summary, a receipt and educational material.
  5. The summary of your visit can be sent to your primary care provider with your permission.
