See directions below. Prepare the two Hot / Cold Gel packs according to directions printed on the packs
Undo all straps on the wrap
Place wrap on a flat surface with inside facing up
Insert each Hot / Cold gel pack into each interior pocket and secure
While seated, place the wrap under foot with heel placed in cutout opening; The strap with the Copper Fit logo is closest to your toes
Hold the bottom strap with the Copper fit logo and extend it over the top of the foot and secure strap
Hold the top strap above your ankle and wrap it front of shin and secure strap

Product should be snug, but not so tight that it restricts circulation; Tight fitting garments can cause heat rash or other skin conditions, especially when hot and sweaty
Discontinue use if rash develops; If these symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a physician
Do not place Rapid Relief Wraps in freezer or microwave/hot water, only gel packs
