Ingredients: Glucosamine HCl, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Proprietary ASU Powder, AKBA and Green Tea Complex. Other Ingredients: Gelatin. Contains Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide (Capsule Color).

Take 3 capsules daily until desired comfort is reached. May reduce number of tablets taken daily to maintain comfort level. Tablets may be taken all at once or divided with meals.
