CVS Health™ Gel Metatarsal Cushions are soft pads that help relieve pain in the tender ball of foot area. The gel absorbs shock with each step, reducing pressure on the area when walking. Able to fit in all shoes and boots, the pads are reusable and washable. Directions Using the CVS Health Gel Metatarsal Cushions is easy. Each cushion is marked "R" and "L," so you know whether it's for your right or left foot. Simply place the loop over your second toe with the embossed side touching the ball of your foot. One great feature of this one-size-fits-all product is that it is washable and very durable. To clean, hand wash and air dry. If you want to remove stickiness, sprinkle some foot powder or talc on the gel. Warnings This product is not meant to be used by people with poor circulation or diabetes. Separate cushions marked "L" left foot and "R" right foot. Place loop over second toe with embossed side of cushion touching the ball of foot.Care: Gently hand wash and allow to air dry. Sprinkle a small amount of powder (body or foot) on gel after washing to remove stickiness.
