The Instant + Reusable offers multi functionality with the convenience of an Instant Cold Pack in a larger size, AND transforms in to a gel for use either as a Cold or Hot Gel Pack. Offers Cold Therapy to relieve sprains or strains, and Hot Therapy for sore or aching muscles. Reusable: The pack can be reused multiple times, making it a cost-effective option for pain relief.
Durable: The pack is made of durable materials that can withstand repeated use.
Easy to use: The pack can be frozen or heated and applied to the affected area.
Versatile: The pack can be used for a variety of purposes, including relieving pain, reducing swelling, and promoting healing.

    Instant Cold: Twist and squeze pack to activate, shake until entire gel pack is cold. Reusable Cold: After activated for instant cold, place in freezer for 2 hours. Reusable Heat: After activation to instant cold let sit to room temperature, place in microwave for 15 second intervals not to exceed a total of 60 seconds.
    Always monitor pack while heating in microwave. After heating application allow gel pack to cool to room temperature before returning to freezer. Never heat pack unless at room temperature. Do not apply to infected skin or open wounds. If gel contacts body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
