This latex-free sleeve fits most foot sizes and is clinically proven to reduce pain associated with plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, heel spurs, and heel neuromas. The podiatrist-designed sleeve is hypoallergenic and may help to significantly reduce the foot and heel pain associated with these conditions. The unique shape of the latex-free gel pads helps to prevent the foot from rolling over, which may reduce strain on tendons while providing a gentle massage action. It cushions and absorbs shock with every step you take. Always use this product as directed per the product package instructions. Wash and dry the feet thoroughly, then slip on the sleeve like a sock. An L (left) and R (right) indicator should be on the upper part of the foot. This item can be worn with or without shoes. Make sure that the sleeve is resting approximately ¾ to one inch below the base of your big toe. Position the alignment mark so that it lines up with the center of your big toe. The gel pad should rest in the middle of the arch, and you can adjust it for comfort as needed. Wear it throughout the day and remove it for at least four hours to allow your skin to breathe. Wash and dry feet thoroughly.
 Slip on sleeve like a sock. The L (Left) and R (Right) indicator should be on the upper part of the foot.
 The sleeve should rest approximately 3/4 inch to 1 inch below the base of the big toe. Position the black alignment mark so it lines up with the center of the big toe.
 Gel pad should rest in middle of the arch. Adjust for comfort.
 Wear throughout the day. Remove for at least 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
Before reusing, hand wash and air dry. Sprinkle with talcum powder (not included).
