Flex Cup comes in two sizes so you can choose the perfect fit for your body. Size 01 is ideal for beginners or pro cup users with light or heavy flows and has a capacity of 2 SUPER tampons. Size 02 is ideal for experienced cup users or those who have had 2+ vaginal births and has a capacity of 3 SUPER tampons. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend starting with Size 01. To clean your Flex Cup, simply empty your cup, rinse with cool water, apply a mild soap or cleanser, lather, and rinse again with warm water. Wash your hands and pinch your disc in half. Get in position ( try sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg up). Insert the pinched disc down and back. Then, tuck the front rim up behind your pubic bone.
