Cleanse and exfoliate skin. Apply evenly all over body. For sunscreen benefits, apply before sun exposure. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Let skin dry before putting on clothes. Use daily until you have achieved the desired level of tan and then apply 1 to 2 times a week. Best if used within 6 months of purchase.
