Place the pad on your knee and connect the AC adaptor with the power plug and plug into socket. Press the Start/Stop button to start the heat radiation and infrared lighting. Use the Up and Down buttons to control the temperature. Upon completion of use, press the On/Off button to stop. There is a built-in auto timer which will automatically turn off the power after 30 minutes. The temperature memory device will also save the temperature set when you power off. Click the Vibration button on the inner side of the control panel to start and stop the vibration mode. Use the same instructions for shoulder and elbow treatments.
