STEP 1: If wearing an adult brief, unfasten the brief. Place the wrap on the wearer's stomach, with the printed side against the skin, white absorbent side facing up. STEP 2: Fold the pointed end up toward the wearer's right side at a 45-degree angle. Align the top edges, wrapping the penis within. STEP 3: Fold the opposite side toward the left hip. Fasten by pressing the adhesive square. The final shape should be a flattened cone, open at the top. STEP 4: Refasten the brief or underwear. Worn this way, the wrap will absorb urine before it can reach the skin or the brief. Remain seated or prone to ensure the wrap's effectiveness.
