This bed pad facilitates in the positioning and transfer of residents. It consists of three layers namely, an upper layer of moisture absorbing, comfortable fabric; a middle layer of moisture absorbing foam and a bottom layer that does not allow the transfer of fluids. In particular the non-absorbing nylon fabric also has a low friction bottom for easy transfer. Stands up to repeated laundering and supports up to 250 LB
