Tint & Tighten Instant Color Soothing Cream visibly covers and smooths in minutes. This formula contains 9 - 0.6 mL cream tubes and a sponge applicator that allow for easy use. Each tube can be used for 2-3 applications under each eye. The formula helps reduce under-eye puffiness and diminishes dark circles. Improves the look of: Under-eye puffiness

    Wash and dry application area. Open one cream tube and place a pea sized amount onto lightly dampened sponge or finger. Gently apply a thin,e ven layer to target areas, being careful to avoid contact with eyes. Remain still and expressionless while allowing the cream to set and dry for 10 minutes.
