I use Burt’s Bees lip balm exclusively. Lately I’ve noticed the caps are cracking after first few uses….they never used to do this! Now, with the cracks, the lids don’t stay on snugly. Your Quality Control folks need to take a look at this and rectify. Use to be great!
I have used Bert’s Bees original lip balm for YEARS, it has always been my favourite. Does nothing to the lip!
It does nothing to the lip. I started using 2 months ago the Ultra Conditioning one, and it did nothing. Every morning I wake up with my lips dry and chapped. This is horrible.
