Jury is still out on effectiveness.
Just about three weeks into this product. I take as directed. Item is tasteless as described. It mixed very well to start. Starting to clump the las couple of days. I have not noticed anything to this point as far as benefits go. I don't think I will re-up with another order at this time. Won't dissolve!
Does not mix well, even with a frother/shaker ball. I like iced coffee in the morning and I just cannot get this stuff to dissolve.
