These strips by crest work really well if you use them every day or every other day for about a week. I wouldn’t wear them longer than that, but one week every quarter year. Any more than that and they’ll ruin your teeth. But other than that, they work as well as you figure they will. Results in a couple uses!
I love using the crest white strips! My whole family uses them and as a regular coffee and tea drinker I Ike to use these regularly for teeth whitening. I’m always satisfied with results and know that I’ll see visible whitening with just a couple of uses. Crest white strips
