Magnesium is a very important supplement
My doctors have highly recommended that I take magnesium and being that I’m pescatarian both of my doctors highly recommend also taking folic acid and iron. It’s always a good idea also to have your bloodwork check for what you might be low in or high in your levels. It Works!
