    Vitamin C (As Ascorbic Acid) 60mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) (As Thiamin Mononitrate) 25mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 20mg, Niacin (As Niacinamide) 25mg, Vitamin B-6 (As Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 5mg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Vitamin B-12 (As Cyanocobalamin) 100mcg, Biotin (As d-Biotin) 1,000mcg, Pantothenic Acid (As d-Calcium Pantothenate) 5.5mg. Other Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Dicalcium Phosphate, Croscarmellose, Mannitol. Contains 2% of: Cellulose Coating, Maltodextrin, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
    For adults, take one (1) caplet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
