The mascara plumps up my lashes very nicely but the brush is too large. I have trouble defining my inner eyelashes without getting it on my face. If it had a smaller brush I’d probably give it a 5. Please change the mascara back to what it use to b
So I have been using loreal mascara for over 20 years. Ever since you changed the outside of the tube the mascara is terrible. It rips out my lashes. Not the same anymore, new less desirable formula
This mascara has changed its ingredients to the point I cannot wash it off easily anymore without it pulling out my lashes and making little clumps of hard mascara all around my eyes. I tried more than one new tube just to make sure. Loreal should not have changed from its original formula. 2024 New Formula is AWFUL
I normally don’t go out of my way to review an item, but when it involves a product I have been faithfully purchasing for at least 20+ years ..I find it necessary to let others with sensitive eyes like myself know. Not only does this new formula bother my eyes as I have sjrogen’s and my eyes get irritated quite easily, but also it’s awful awful ! It’s almost like a waterproof formula and I absolutely NEVER purchase a waterproof mascara for the same reason I mentioned previously . It’s almost like someone used roofing tar to make this and it remains on my lashes even after washing repeatedly. It is very unfortunate because I will be going back to MAC or Clinique products ..I don’t need a response telling me to remove with an oil based product since this does nothing for my sensitivity. to the product itself.Reply from L'Oreal Paris5 days agoHello! Change back to the old formula!!!
I literally never leave reviews but am terribly disappointed in this apparent reformulation. I’ve been using the original formula for years and would always get amazing compliments on my lashes. This new formula won’t wash off and does not have the same effect. I’m so frustrated!!! Will not be buying again nor any other L’Oréal mascara at this rate. Giving up after 30 years.
I have been using this product for approximately 30 years. I have loved it even though it seems that it had changed a few times. Last week I bought it and they have changed the formula again. Eyes have been watering and this morning. I woke up and they are super red in the outer corners almost like it’s cut. The formula is a lot harder than previous, almost like a waterproof. Unfortunately, I will not be using this product anymore and will have to find something new. Why can’t we just leave? Good products alone? #Voluminous mascaraReply from L'Oreal Paris5 days agoHello! Hard to remove-makes lashes stiff instead of soft.
