I have used this mascara for 30 years. Until now. I don’t realize there had been a formula change thought maybe it was just a bad tube so opened another package. Same problem, clumping, flacking and difficult to get off. and now the skin on my eyelids are red, irritated like I’m having an allergic reaction. 20+ years Voluminous Waterproof Mascara-Formula?
I am a loyal customer of 20+ years of the Black Voluminous Waterproof Mascara but lately my eyes have been watery, red and irritated. I thought I had an eye infection and used prescription drops to clear it up...with no luck. I stayed home one weekend and did not wear any makeup and my eyes cleared up. Went back to work on Monday and I wore this mascara and my eyes turned red and watery again. I LOVED this mascara but I am finding it hard wear and may have to find a replacement. Hero to zero!!!!
I have been using Voluminous original for 25+ years. And have promoted it is the best mascara on the market. Until now! The formulas changed. It doesn’t go on smoothly, it doesn’t build it for a more dramatic look and it doesn’t wash off. It’s the worst and my eyes water all day long! Good mascara and compared to others a good price.
I've been using it for several years. It's a good mascara and the price is reasonable when you compare it to some of the others. I can't use this product any more!
I have been using Loreal Voluminous Mascara for years. Now something had changed. It doesn't wash off with soap and water anymore. This changed Loreal irritates my eyes! My eyes are red and watery so that the skin in the corner of my eyes is all red and irritated. I thought I had an eye infection, but it was the reaction to the mascara. It's waterproof.

Not soap and water removable
I have been purchasing this mascara for quite a few years since it can be removed with soap and water. However, the last purchase did not behave the same way and was impossible to remove without eye makeup remover.
