Helps hair skin and nails

Great for men AND women
Great product! Though I find this in the women's vitamin section, men can most certainly benefit from this. My thinning hair is fuller and my fingernails are are great. Curiously, my once ugly and thickening big toenail is no more!3 users found this review helpful.
