Effective and a great value
These vitamins are great. I take vitamin D since the area I live in doesn’t get as much sunlight, and I have found that it helps with seasonal affective disorder. My physician is adamant that I take Vitamin C and D3 daily. I normally do not always follow directions when it comes to medication BUT when a doctor is that adamant, I listen. I’ve been taking these Natures Bounty Vitamin D3 for years now. I take them daily with other vitamins and they’re super small just the way I like my pills to be so I can swallow them more easily.
