Good all around Vitamin

They seemed to have all the nutrients a women needs to get back on track after child birth. The pill is a little larger than I prefer but still manageable. Great vitamins

The DHA and RHA are an absolute must have for a sweet babies developing brain. It isn't super huge. And I didn't notice any taste when I took it. It is a great option to help with hair, skin, and nails. I switched over to this after my baby was born, and have continued taking it as I am breastfeeding.
