Loosen laces on Ankle Brace. Pull foot through Ankle brace so that it is supported under the arch of the foot. Tighten lace to comfort. Bring Figure 8 straps across the front of ankle and attach to Velcro. Attach lateral stays to Velcro. This device is intended to be worn over an athletic sock.
