Compared to other instant coffees this is very good. A little expensive and definitely lacks the aroma but taste is good, nothing is like fresh brew but that would be an unfair comparison. May raise LDL levels- not good for hearts
This is instant and finely ground coffee so I wonder what the level of Cafestrol is. In other words it may raise your LDL. Also I could not find the caffeine content anywhere on your site.
