I have been using this product for over 10 years. I am so incredibly disappointed with the new formula. After putting it on my body, I literally started smelling like spoiled food, almost fish like smell. Absolutely disgusting. I even broke out in rash, as if I had allergic response to it. I had to trash it and go looking for something different from another company. I cannot believe you screwed up a beautiful product this badly. Softest Skin

My skin started cracking on your new formulation
I have been using this daily for years for my very dry skin. With the new 48 hr formulation, the smell is awfully perfum-y, but I thought I was getting the same product as I have been previously using. Just a week of this, and my fingers and toes started drying out and cracking - which was the clue to me that this new formulation was missing a lot of petroleum jelly, and no more shea butter in its ingredients. I will have to find another product to heal my dry and cracking skin. Disappearing Ash
It is rich, thick and smells good. Apply it in the morning and it is still there at night. Great for super dry skin and feet. Horrific smell
I am not sure what you did to your formula, but it legit smells like insect repellent and made my skin break out almost instantly! I've used this in the past many times and loved it. Now, I'll make sure to never use it again. It also made my skin sticky!! Just got this in the new packaging and smells BAD
I don’t know if we just got a dud but my roommate and I have been using this for years and although we heard about the reformulation, this was our first time buying a bottle with the new packaging. I loved the smell of this lotion, it usually blends so nicely into the skin and just leaves a hint of sweetness and warmth. This morning I just used the new bottle for the first time and the smell made me want to vomit, I felt like I had just walked into a bottle depot? Like rotting fruit smell instead of the gorgeous scent it used to have. I thought maybe it would mellow out after an hour or so but the smell just clung and didn’t go away.
